During a two-hour workshop, be taught the health and well-being benefits of various massage techniques and popular wellness practices.

As part of our newest Wellness Workshops offering at Peninsula Hot Springs, we are delighted to introduce Massage Workshops - an experience curated for two or more.

Each Massage Workshop has been designed to offer a profound immersion into the myriad benefits of various massage techniques and popular wellness practices.

Tailored to suit a minimum of two guests or those visiting in small to large groups, our newest workshops are perfectly suited to individuals eager to elevate their overall well-being and serve as an opportunity to delve into the therapeutic advantages of various massage techniques and body treatments.

This months theme is Indian Head Massage: In the first days of winter, learn of traditional Ayurveda practices and gain a comprehensive understanding of its principles. You will be guided towards discovering your dosha type, gaining insights into your current presentation within Ayurveda practices, before learning the Ayurvedic Scalp Massage, incorporating Marma points to harmonise energy and promote overall well-being.

Massage Workshops commence at 4pm and are followed by Twilight Revitalise Bath House bathing from 6pm and a grazing platter for two to be enjoyed at our Bath House Café.

Bookings are essential.
