Each Massage Workshop has been designed to offer a profound immersion into the myriad benefits of various massage techniques and popular wellness practices.

Tailored to suit a minimum of two guests or those visiting in small to large groups, our newest workshops are perfectly suited to individuals eager to elevate their overall well-being and serve as an opportunity to delve into the therapeutic advantages of various massage techniques and body treatments.

This months theme is Lymphatic Drainage Massage: Discover the pivotal role of the lymphatic system and its connection to Ayurveda practices. You will learn a transformative Ayurvedic-style lymphatic drainage massage to be completed at home using a body brush and body lotion application. This practical approach is designed to empower individuals to incorporate Ayurvedic principles into their daily routine, fostering improved health and well-being.

Massage Workshops commence at 4pm and are followed by Twilight Revitalise Bath House bathing from 6pm and a grazing platter for two to be enjoyed at our Bath House Café.
