Trofeo Estate is delighted to host an extraordinary wine dinner featuring our winemaker, Richard Darby and estate owner Jim Manolios.

Be guided through a tasting of the Estate’s highly acclaimed Terracotta wines, delve into the intricacies of our acclaimed vintages and winemaking practices whilst relishing in this specially curated menu.

The evening will commence with a sparkling on arrival and canapes on our sun lit deck followed by a five-course dining experience within our esteemed restaurant. Jim and Richard will discuss key notes on each wine at intervals throughout the night with each course carefully paired and served to the table to follow the presentation.

Our Executive Chef, Steve Davidson captures the essence of the Mornington Peninsula and its bounty, embracing local and seasonal produce from some of our artisan producers and celebrates the fresh gifts our oceans bare.
