The end of September is always an important time in the AFL calendar. With Grand Final Day imminently drawing closer, excitement continues to bubble away as to which team will take the coveted trophy. But before the siren sounds on Saturday, check out five ways you and the crew can get together for a long-overdue catch-up (and to celebrate the game if desired!)

1. AFL Grand Final Day at St Andrews Beach Brewery

It’s going to be all about the backyard BBQ at St Andrews Beach Brewery in Fingal for this year’s final showdown. Here, a mixed grill menu led by Head Chef Andreas will be matched with happy hour bar prices from the game's start to finish. Reservations and walk-ins on the day are both welcome.
