Held in the evening of Wednesday 19th October, the Mornington Peninsula Shire hosted and run event saw numerous industry leaders come together to network as well as celebrate the various notable achievements.

Taking out the coveted title of Business of the Year was Red Gum BBQ in Red Hill, awarded in acknowledgement of outstanding innovation, sustainability and excellence.

Additionally, TWØBAYS Brewing Co in Dromana was celebrated in the Agriculture and Manufacturing category, while Talking Hens in Merricks was recognised for their exceptional Retail presence.

Moonraker Dolphin Swims in Sorrento received praise for its contribution to Mornington Peninsula visitation, taking home the overall Tourism award.

As well as wearing the crown of Business of the Year, Red Gum BBQ was additionally awarded for their unique hospitality offering.

Established to showcase and celebrate exceptional businesses from across the Mornington Peninsula, the Awards ceremony represents a highly regarded and respected event throughout the region.

Independent judges from the Small Business Mentoring Service are at the helm of deciding the relevant winners in each category, with a site visit to shortlisted businesses included in the decision making process.
