INGREDIENTS
1 cup coconut
1 cup unsalted peanuts
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup sesame seeds
1 cup rolled oats
125g butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup Pure Peninsula Honey
METHOD
Combine coconut, peanuts, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and rolled oats in a microwave proof bowl. Cook on high for 6 minutes in microwave, stirring after each minute.
In a separate microwave proof bowl place butter, brown sugar and honey. Cook in microwave for 4 1/2 mins covered with paper towel.
Stir both mixes together. Spread evenly in a 20cm x 30cm tin. Press down firmly. Cover and refrigerate until cold.
TO SERVE
Slice into bars. Store in an airtight container.
