Thyme at Alba Thermal Springs & Spa

Alba Thermal Springs & Spa is a world-class luxury wellness sanctuary located in the heart of Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula.

Alba’s restaurant Thyme showcases locally-sourced, seasonal produce in an all-day menu created by well-known Melbourne chef, Karen Martini. Thyme’s menu features fresh, healthy dishes served alongside excellent coffee, herbal tea blends, local cold-pressed juices and signature cocktails. The wine list highlights the Peninsula’s many local vineyards, distilleries and breweries.

Thyme is open for Alba guests. The Spring Thyme package includes entry to the springs and a two-course brunch, lunch or dinner with a cold-pressed juice or glass of wine.
