Trofeo Estate is a family owned vineyard and winery located on the iconic Harrisons Road precinct of Dromana. Surrounded by 50 acres of picturesque rural vineyard views, their rustic converted 1930’s passionfruit cannery building awaits the visitor looking for a unique wine experience like no other on the Mornington Peninsula.
At Trofeo Estate, they are all about wines aged exclusively in Terracotta Amphorae, which have been imported from Tuscany, Italy and handmade from ancient clay of the region. Through embracing old world techniques and dropping the use of Oak Barrels, they are able to create wines displaying the purest fruit expression of each varietal.
Trofeo Estate's cool climate wines are vegan friendly, and are produced from Estate grown fruit farmed using organic and biodynamic principles.
Taste their range of Terracotta Amphora wines with a wine tasting at the Cellar Door or visit the al a carte restaurant for a delicious contemporary menu curated by Hatted Chef, Steve Davidson. For a more casual experience, opt for something off their grazing menu in the garden and order a wine flight to accompany the shared dishes.
The Estate run Winery Tours each month so visitors can now get a behind-the-scenes look at the Amphora Room and Winery with an exclusive opportunity to taste wines directly from an Amphora.
Trofeo Estate also provides a magical setting for private functions and destination winery weddings.
