The mussel farm remains the beacon of our sustainability ethos, with mussels growing and regenerating with no inputs other than love and care.

As fishmongers, we witness how much of a whole fish goes to waste for ease of cooking. Much of this waste can be used to prepare delicious and healthy meals, all it requires knowledge and a little bit of effort.

The Seafood Truck specialises in delicious meals that make maximum use of our seafood. The Seafood Truck not only aims to ensure greater sustainability of our fish stocks, but to show customers how they too can use more of the fresh fish they buy at our retail outlets.
