Peninsula Gourmet Cooking School

With a passion for food and a desire to maximise our precious natural resources, Peninsula Fresh Seafood has teamed up with Tamara’s Kitchen to establish a creative new cooking school on the Mornington Peninsula.

By combining the talents of both businesses under the banner of “Peninsula Gourmet Cooking School”, this new venture will create a feast of opportunity for sea food lovers, those looking for a gourmet experience and local fishing enthusiasts looking to improve their filleting skills.

While Tamara will continue to offer her popular cheesemaking masterclasses and sourdough breadmaking classes from this purpose-built cooking school, she will also present a range of seafood classes that feature a selection of topics and style, and fish mongering classes for our local fishing enthusiasts.

Each seafood class includes several delicious recipes, lunch or dinner with local wines, a presentation folder and demonstrations on seafood skills.

Our fish mongering classes will include a presentation by our specialised fish cutters so that the students can benefit from years of experience and learn all the professional tricks of the trade.
