The Mornington Peninsula’s Red Hill Truffles offer gourmet adventures throughout the year with truffle hunts and tastings of the famed Périgord black winter truffle along with spring, summer and autumn varieties.

The aromas and flavours of each match perfectly with seasonal produce.

Truffle hunts include an engaging overview of the fabled fungi, a guided walk through the truffière of oak and hazelnut trees with talented truffle-hunting dogs, and the opportunity to unearth the gnarly, aromatic truffles. Preparing and shaving some of the freshly harvested truffle on a wood-fired pizza completes an experience to treasure.
