Coolart Woodlands Walking Tracks

Walk Difficulty A series of walking tracks run throughout the park allowing you to explore coastal woodlands, wetland areas, lagoons and the formal gardens surrounding the Homestead.
Coolart is a wonderful place for bird watching where you may see over 60 species in one day. The best place to watch them is from the Minsmere Hide and wetland and woodland walks.
An enjoyable part of the woodland walk is crossing the bridge over Merricks Creek for magnificent views from the beach overlooking Western Port and Philip Island.
Walkers have the choice of four separate walking loops varying from 1km to 3.1kms that all commence from the carpark.
