The Briars Park Walking Trails

Walk Difficulty The Briars Parks is home to abundant native flora and fauna. Vegetation varies with Woodland and Wetland walks and short link walks providing amazing opportunities to experience nature at its best in this beautiful property. A range of walks are accessed via the Wildlife Sanctuary Visitor Centre. The Wildlife Sanctuary is open every day except Christmas Day, Good Friday and days of extreme weather danger. You can drop into the Visitor Centre and collect a walking map before exploring the property.

There are also a number of walk around the larger farm property outside the Sanctuary that are available every day. There are four free electric BBQ's near the Visitor Centre with picnic tables and bench seats available for use.

Please note: Due to sensitive environments dogs are prohibited from The Briars. Dogs may be walked on lead along Balcombe Creek trail or off lead in the designated areas of the nearby Community Forest.
