Learn the art of one of the oldest cuisines. In this class we will cover improving your knife skills, classical French cooking techniques, how to orchestrate your next dinner party so all of the food is hot and ready to serve at the same time.

Georgie Bass Café and Cookery is all about putting fresh, local and seasonal produce on your plate, that not only looks great but tastes fabulous!

As a committed partner of the Mornington Peninsula Produce program, we incorporate ‘home grown goods’ from our kitchen garden, planter boxes and Flinders farm into the menu seasonally.

To help you repeat the Georgie Bass experience at home we run a series of hands-on cooking classes that will inspire you to challenge yourself in the kitchen. Led by our industry leading chefs and cooked with premium Miele equipment, these classes cater for a maximum of 12 people, ensuring you receive personalised tuition throughout each class.

We cater for all levels of experience, and welcome private group bookings for friends, special occasions or corporate groups.

Each class runs for approximately 3 hours and is inclusive of meals prepared. Beverages additional.
