A collaboration of the Chefs of Pt. Leo Estate & Relais & Châteaux Oceania properties
This October, we celebrate seven years of Pt. Leo Estate and the 70th anniversary of luxury accommodation and restaurant association, Relais & Châteaux.
To commemorate our affiliation with this iconic brand, the Chefs of the Relais & Châteaux properties in the Oceania region will join forces with our Culinary Director and member of the World Culinary Council, Josep Espuga, to create a special menu that celebrates the diversity in cultures, climates and foods of our region.
Normally reserved exclusively for events in Laura, this is a very rare opportunity to experience a touch of Relais & Châteaux in the Pt. Leo Restaurant.
We will also be joined by Sculpture Park Curator, Geoffrey Edwards and artists Deborah Halpern and Andrew Rogers who will share insights in the importance of fine arts and hospitality.
