Led by Max, Michael, and Ryan, we’ll guide you through a foraging tour in a carefully selected spot, where you’ll learn how to identify and sustainably harvest wild herbs and other native plants. This hands-on experience will deepen your connection to the land and its natural bounty.

After the tour, we’ll welcome you back to Max’s Restaurant, where we’ll transform the very ingredients you’ve gathered into a delicious, seasonal lunch.
