October marks a month to observe our senior community, widely celebrated as part of the annual State Government initiative, Victorian Seniors Festival.

The celebration invites individuals to acknowledge the valuable role that seniors play in the community and raise awareness of their contributions. Across the state, various events and activations are held to promote the engagement of older adults in social, educational, and recreational activities, and are complemented by festive celebrations designed exclusively for the senior community.
