Indulge in a delicious six course lunch with Karen Martini at 12.00pm on Sunday 16 February. Karen will dine with an intimate group in our semi-private dining room and share her inspiration for the menu at Thyme which showcases a variety of local producers and organic growers committed to sustainable farming practices.

Karen will be joined by Amy Oliver, Pt. Leo Estate’s Beverage Director who will introduce the wines and share her knowledge from one of the regions most esteemed vineyards.

EXPERIENCE

Six course lunch at Thyme with Karen Martini including

- Spanner crab, sea urchin, cod roe, house polenta crumpet, lime pearls, mustard leaves

- Fried rice paper rolls, Peninsula seaweeds, smoked oyster, turmeric chilli shiso, beetle leaf

- Kingfish crudo, ginger juice vinaigrette, kohlrabi, miso mustard, togarashi, salmon roe

- Skull island prawn toast, shiso, wasabi mayonnaise, avocado, soy, yuzu, marchè lime pearls

- Spice dusted confit duck, eggplant and date, black vinegar, tamarind fried chilli dressing

- Mango and coconut crêpe, burnt meringue, lychees, passionfruit ginger and basil seed syrup

- Pt Leo Estate wines
