This year, Penfolds marks an extraordinary milestone—180 years of winemaking excellence. To celebrate, Audrey’s is honoured to host an exclusive, one-night-only dinner crafted to showcase the legacy of Penfolds and its most iconic wines, including Yattarna (2 vintages) and Bin 707.

On Friday, the 24th January, join us for an evening of indulgence and discovery, hosted by Audrey’s Head Sommelier Virginia Selleck and Penfolds Brand Ambassador Stephen Ballerini in our private dining room. Together, they will guide you through a curated selection of Penfolds’ most celebrated wines, including the legendary Penfold’s Grange—recognised as the pinnacle of Australian winemaking. Originally created in 1951 by Penfolds’ visionary winemaker Max Schubert, Grange has become a global benchmark for excellence, revered for its power, complexity, and ability to age gracefully for decades.

This exceptional evening will also feature some museum-release vintages and rare expressions, paired with a bespoke six-course menu designed to complement the nuances of eight different wines. Every course has been meticulously crafted to elevate the tasting experience and celebrate Penfolds’ enduring legacy.
